What is the Agile Coaching Network?
The Agile Coaching Network (ACN) is a global community of Agile coaches, trainers and consultants. The network aims to promote the growth and development of Agile coaching as a profession, and to connect Agile coaches with each other.
The ACN also promotes the Agile coaching profession and helps to establish best practices. It encourages the sharing of knowledge and experiences among members, and provides a platform for members to continue their professional development.
It is a not-for-profit community, and its members are volunteers who are passionate about Agile coaching and its potential to transform organizations and individuals. They work to promote the values and principles of Agile, as well as the benefits that Agile coaching can bring to organizations.
What is Lean Coffee?
Lean Coffee is a meeting format that is used to facilitate productive conversations and decision-making. It is based on the principles of Lean Manufacturing, which emphasizes the elimination of waste and the continuous improvement of processes.
In a Lean Coffee meeting, participants write down their own agenda items on post-it notes and then stick them on a board. These items are then discussed in a round-robin fashion, with each person having a set amount of time to speak. During the discussion, attendees can vote on the topics they want to discuss further, and the most popular topics are discussed first.
The goal of Lean Coffee is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to share their ideas and concerns, and that the conversation stays focused on the most important issues. It also encourages active participation and engagement from all attendees.
Lean Coffee can be used for a variety of purposes, such as team meetings, project planning, and problem-solving sessions. It can be also used as a way to facilitate conversations in remote teams and virtual meetings as well. What is Scrum?
Scrum is an Agile framework for managing and completing complex projects. It is most commonly used in software development, but can also be applied to other fields such as product development, marketing, and research. Scrum is based on the principles of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
The framework has a defined structure, roles, and ceremonies. The structure includes iterations called Sprints, which typically last 2-4 weeks, and a product backlog, which is a prioritized list of features or requirements for the product being developed.
The roles in Scrum include the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team. The Product Owner is responsible for the vision and goals of the product, the Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the process, and the Development Team is responsible for creating the product increment.
The ceremonies in Scrum include Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. These ceremonies are held at specific intervals throughout the Sprint to ensure that the team stays on track and that any issues are identified and addressed as quickly as possible.

What is the Future of Work?

The Agile methodology was created as an alternative to traditional, heavy-weight development methodologies such as the Waterfall model, which were seen as inflexible and slow to adapt to changing requirements.
What is Business Agility?
Business agility refers to the ability of a company to quickly adapt to changes in the business environment, such as market shifts, customer demand, and new technologies. This includes the ability to respond to unexpected opportunities and challenges, as well as to continuously improve processes and operations. Business agility is becoming increasingly important in today's fast-paced, competitive business environment.
