What is AI Adoption?

AI adoption is the practical process of integrating artificial intelligence into the way people, teams, and organizations make decisions, deliver work, and create measurable value. It is not simply the act of buying an AI tool or launching a pilot. Real adoption happens when people understand where AI helps, where human judgment remains essential, and how new capabilities fit into the flow of work.

For organizations, AI adoption usually requires changes in workflow design, leadership expectations, decision rights, data practices, risk management, and learning habits.
